The Immortal Cake

Sticky fingers greedily fumble

with a knife, fork, spoon

all for one
piece of cake.

The cake, now everywhere

seems to like the mouth

as much as the floor

and the delight 

on the face with the 

sparkling eyes

is in it's truest form 

a sign of 

youth.
